Our pediatric care providers:
Dr. Alberto Luchtan
M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Alberto Luchtan has been practicing pediatric medicine for over forty years and has been Board-Certified for over twenty years. Dr. Luchtan came to the United States in 1968 to complete his Residency in pediatric pathology at St. Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia and Jackson Memorial in Miami. He is a member of both the American Medical Association and the Fellow American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also celebrating the 45th anniversary of Boca Pediatric Group.
Dr. Paola Chernomoretz
M.D.
Dr. Paola Chernomoretz currently serves as Pediatric Hospitalist at Broward General Hospital. She earned her medical degree with honors from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Dr. Chernomoretz completed a residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital “Dr. Ricardo Gutiérrez” Buenos Aires in Argentina and became Board certified in Pediatrics. She then moved to the U.S. with her husband, where she completed a pediatric residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include quality improvement, medical education and evidence-based medicine. Dr. Chernomoretz is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine. She joined Boward General Hospital in 2010 as a pediatric hospitalist and Boca Pediatric Group in 2022.
Diana Wolf

Diana Wolf is a Board Certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and joined Boca Pediatric Group in November 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University here in Boca Raton. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing Primary Care Pediatric Care degree from Florida International University.
Jenny Velez

Jenny Velez is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor in Health Science Education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida and then her Master of Science in Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. She has 15 years of experience in the adult and pediatric ER. She is proficient in Korean.
Abbey OBrien

Abbey OBrien is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from New York, she graduated from Belmont University with her masters in nursing. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from University of Alabama in Huntsville where she also played division ll lacrosse.
Ana Gomes
APRN
Ana Gomes is a Dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Brazil, where she began her nursing career 21 years ago, specializing in Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care. She was a Clinical Manager at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and then Assistant Nurse Manager at West Boca Medical Center. She obtained her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at South University and is fluent in Portuguese.
Kirsten Quigley

Kirsten Quigley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Pennsylvania, she received both her Bachelors degree in nursing and her masters of science in nursing from Drexel University. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, baby and golden retriever.
Nicole Wolters
P.N.P.
Nicole Wolters is a board-certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then attended Vanderbilt University, where she received her Master's degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and earning her the prestigious Summa Cum Laude honor. Nicole's excellence in the field of nursing has been recognized by the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Iota Xi Chapter, and she was personally invited by the CEO of the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board to mentor other nurse practitioner graduates.
